Chris Jefferson

Recently, he served as Strategic CFO for a $35 million industrial services firm, leading a strategic sale and enhancing financial operations. His investment banking experience spans over $100 billion in transactions at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and IJL Wachovia, including major deals such as AT&T's restructuring and NBC's acquisition of Bravo. He also founded a hedge fund, significantly outperforming the S&P 500 during the investment period, and has held roles in equity research covering TMT, healthcare, and business services.
